Ramo de flores artificiales (alambre, plástico y tela, 46 x 30 x 26 cm) colocado en el monumento a la denominada Constitución Española de 1978, con motivo de la celebración del cuarenta aniversario del referendum que la ratificaba.

Dado que fue redactada en secreto, sin proceso constituyente, se trata en realidad de una falsa constitución, siendo en realidad una carta otorgada que no separa los poderes.

Artículo XVI de la Declaración de los derechos del hombre y del ciudadano:
"Una sociedad en la que la garantía de los derechos no está asegurada, ni la separación de poderes determinada, no tiene Constitución."
